Maya House is developing structured, time-limited housing and economic-mobility pathways for young adults ages 18 to 24 and adults age 25 and older who are experiencing homelessness or significant housing instability.
Housing stability is more than a place to stay.
It also requires the income, savings, skills, documentation, and support needed to keep housing over time.
Maya House combines time-limited housing with individualized planning, financial capability, income development, housing navigation, and preparation for permanent housing. The goal is not simply an exit from homelessness; it is a stronger foundation for long-term housing stability.

Housing holds when the foundation underneath it does.
Many people experiencing homelessness or housing instability need more than a door. They need the income, savings, skills, and support to keep housing over time. Without that foundation in the first months, a placement often does not last. Maya House is the structured bridge in between, about 9 to 15 months where a placement becomes housing that holds.

KEYS: Keeping Earnings for Your Stability
KEYS is Maya House's savings and asset-building initiative. Subject to designated funding and program requirements, Maya House may provide a 1:1 savings match of up to $5,000 per eligible participant to help turn progress in employment and income into permanent housing.
