Our model is built around a simple idea: stable housing is stronger when people also have the financial tools, income pathways, practical skills, and individualized support needed to sustain it.

Two tracks, one destination.

Maya House is preparing to launch two program tracks in Worcester County: a Young Adult Housing Stability Track for ages 18 to 24 and an Adult Housing Stability Track for ages 25 and older. Both tracks are designed to provide a structured bridge from housing instability to sustainable independent housing.

Who runs Maya House

Opening in Worcester County in 2027

As we prepare for a 2027 launch, we are building the housing, referral, funding, and community partnerships needed to make the model sustainable.

Until housing opens, Maya House is not yet accepting admissions. Referral inquiries and partnership conversations are welcome.

Homes on ordinary streets

Maya House housing is planned as community-based homes in Worcester County neighborhoods, not facilities. This is a nonclinical, non-shelter housing environment. Maya House is not an emergency shelter, inpatient treatment program, or clinical residential program.
