Maya House is preparing to launch its first housing-stability program in Worcester County in 2027. Referral and partnership inquiries are welcome, but submission does not guarantee admission, housing availability, or a specific start date.

What each phase asks and gives
Establish immediate housing stability, needs, documents, and priorities, with a first stabilization plan drafted in the opening weeks.
Translate the stabilization plan into consistent goals, appointments, services, and routines.
Strengthen budgeting, household management, transportation, communication, tenancy, and other practical skills.
Strengthen employment, education, healthcare, community supports, and natural support networks.
Secure permanent housing, complete transition planning, and maintain follow-up after exit.
Housing with the support built in
Maya House provides structured, time-limited housing, individualized planning, accountability, housing navigation, financial-capability support, and coordination with qualified community providers.
Maya House's planned service model includes scheduled resident support, apartment-based contact, flexible evening and weekend support, coordinated community services, and management on-call coverage for urgent housing and program matters.
Maya House is not an emergency shelter, inpatient treatment program, or clinical residential program.
Our model draws on established transitional-housing, trauma-informed, and person-centered practices.
