Maya House is currently building its referral network and preparing for program launch. Organizations interested in becoming referral or service partners are encouraged to contact us. Maya House is not an emergency shelter, crisis-response program, or 24-hour clinical provider.

Preparing for launch

Maya House is currently preparing for program launch and is not yet accepting resident applications. We welcome inquiries from prospective referral, service, housing, and funding partners.

The process

Four steps from referral to move-in

Step 01
Submit

The referring professional sends the form below with contact details, situation, income status, and support needs.

Step 02
Screen

We review against the five eligibility criteria and check current openings. You get a yes, a no, or a waitlist position.

Step 03
Interview

A conversation with the prospective resident about expectations, the house, and what they want the next year to look like.

Step 04
Move in

Orientation, house agreement, and Phase 01 begins. The referring partner stays in the loop with consent.

Before you send

Check all five

✓18 or older, experiencing housing instability
✓Income or a clear pathway to income
✓Able to live in a shared, community-based house
✓Working toward permanent housing over 6–24 months
✓Willing to participate in individualized goal planning and case management
