Angela Rivera oversees day-to-day programming at Maya House, coordinating the five-phase pathway from stabilization to independent living. She works with each resident on their individual plan and keeps the house's structure (meetings, milestones, and accountability) running week to week.
Before joining Maya House, she spent a decade in community-based human services in Central Massachusetts, including roles in shelter operations and re-entry support. She believes structure is a form of respect: people do their best work when expectations are clear and someone is paying attention.
