Sekou Donzo

Sekou Donzo is an accomplished entrepreneur, business executive, and strategic development leader with more than two decades of international experience in business development, technology, organizational leadership, and social enterprise. As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stargate Technologies and Founder and President of Xtra Trading and Sourcing Corporation, he has led complex public- and private-sector initiatives across the United States and West Africa. His expertise spans strategic planning, corporate governance, business growth, project management, partnership development, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, Mr. Donzo has remained committed to building sustainable organizations that create economic opportunity while improving the lives of underserved communities.

As a member of the Board of Directors of Maya House, a Massachusetts-based supportive housing nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals achieve stability, recovery, and independent living, Mr. Donzo contributes valuable expertise in governance, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and organizational development. His commitment to community service extends to his volunteer role as a Business Development Consultant with the Disability Motivational Network in Blaine, Minnesota, where he advises on organizational growth, partnership development, and long-term sustainability.
