LEARNING FORMATS
Lectures
We will meet with you for 4 months every second weekend in an online/offline format (depending on your ability). Classes will be recorded, so those who cannot attend will have access to the online classes in their personal account. Online recordings will be available to all course participants for viewing during the entire duration of the course. Approximately 12 hours of video recording per module + PDF handout with exercises will be available. Closed chat-support will also be available for the group (questions on the topic of practice or topical questions).
Skill development
Theory is not enough, each lesson involves work in groups. Such work will significantly increase the understanding and understanding of the material. It also implies the completion of homework and independent study of handouts, the implementation of practical tasks are required to complete the course.
Certification
Each student for successful passing the course should demonstrate practical skills of consultation. Online students will provide 2 videos of 45 minutes after modules 4 and 8, where demonstrate practical skills. Students, who are attending offline - will demonstrate that in the classroom. At our last session, each student will have a written test to demonstrate theoretical skills. After passing the certification, the graduated receives a printed/electronic version of the certificate in PDF format document with seals and the trainer signature.

This is the person who is authorized to certify "NLP Practitioners" and NLP Masters. The course teaches how to manage audience, charisma, acting skills, compiling training programs and conducting themselves using NLP tools.

What is NLP?
NLP is the art and science of personal excellence. It is developed in the early 70s. The founders of the NLP model were Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP is a discipline about how we think, make decisions and choice, how we motivate ourselves. NLP is the science of modeling perfection and successful human thinking. NLP is not a set of technologies, but a methodology for gaining success and personal mastery through an in-depth study of how the mind works.

How long is the course and what does it include?
The course takes 4 months and consists of 10 modules. Includes theoretical and self-study material. Online and offline sessions conducted personally by the trainer with access to the recording in your personal account for viewing later if you could not attend the lesson. Each lesson includes practical work in groups to master the techniques and material. At the end of the course, you will have an exam before you receive your certificate. Is there any levels of NLP studies?
NLP is a new science of the 70s and it does not stop developing due to its followers. Dynamic of this art is boundless. At the moment, NLP has three certification levels - Practitioner, Master and Trainer. Each of the levels involves the study of deeper knowledge and skills for the perfection of the individual growth. After NLP practitioner graduation, you are allowed to do individual coaching sessions. This provides you an opportunity to continue to teach NLP science and develop society.

How can I be sure about the competencies of the organization and the trainer?
The MAYA House was created by a certified NLP trainer, which has membership in the Association of Professional Coaches APC (Association of Professional Coaches) and the International Association of Coaches and Trainers ICTA (International Coach and Trainers Association). Membership and certification of MAYA House Trainer can be checked via https://apcoach.org/coaches/karina/, certification number 5-TNLPT7/21. It means, that trainer follows the ethics and standards of teaching and learning from the Estonian Meta Leader NLP & Coaching Center, founder Kirill Prishchenko and President of the APC. Center website https://metaleader.ee/. The center is accredited by the International Coach and Trainers Association (ICTA). They are established since 2011. Before the start of the course, several online free seminars will be held, where you are more than welcome to meet the trainer and learn what is NLP and additional details of the course.
